"Noisy"

We stayed here while fleeing from the hurricane in Asheville. I gave it a 3 as there was noise in the living area of our suite that was non-stop and somewhat loud. Bedroom was fine if door was closed. We didn't complain as we only stayed 2 nights. I wouldn't stay in room 412 again though. Otherwise, this is a newer facility and very nice, service was good.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stay at different hotels throughout the year and this one left us with no concerns or issues. From check in to the delicious breakfast to the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful decor. It was a lovely experience we will be returning.

Nice big rooms which is the selling point when traveling with kids. Only issue is the pool. It is ridiculously small and not at all appropriate for a hotel of this size - especially a hotel geared for families.

It was a beautiful hotel. Nice location downtown.

The parking situation was my biggest issue and the king bed was not as comfortable as i wanted.

Stayed on this property several times. This is my go to when visiting Greenville. The only problem I had was at check in. When we got to our room they had given us a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade and there was pizza boxes on the counter and empty soda bottles. I called front desk and we had to trek back down to be checked into another room. They gave us free water for our trouble. That was a bit of a turnoffs.
