The lady owner was very nice and respectful when I arrived at check in. The lobby area is being remodeled and it looks very nice.

The room was clean but needs a little bit of an update. I'm not too sure if the room we were staying in was not yet remodeled but it needs a more modern update. The TV didn't get all the channels and was very small. The shower curtain had little holes and had orange stains. Also the refrigerator did not work. It'd be a nice hotel, just needs updated rooms and other things.

Hometown Inn by Oyo was by far the worst motel we’ve stayed in. Ever. Upon check in, the woman informed me that I booked for only one guest, and there were two of us, so there was an additional charge. Fine. My mistake. there was another fee which she didn’t explain well and I asked about it and she snapped back very rudely that she was offended that I don’t trust her, etc. i apologized for sounding like I didn’t trust her, but just like to know what I’m paying for, and could I get a receipt, especially since she took cash for the additional $17. She met us at the room and turned on the heat to highest temp 84, gave me the remote and said after it warms up, just set it where we were comfortable. Her rudeness was very unsettling. Heater on the wall never did warm up. Freezing all night doesn’t provide a good night’s sleep. I tried calling for an extra blanket, but no answer. Tried to walk to lobby but all lights in halls were turned off and pitch black. We had to sleep in socks and sweatshirts. The hand towel was worn with holes! I could go on and on. Never did get receipt. I wish I would have booked through Travelocity! I would recommend not including this hotel in your offerings.

Very quiet even though close to the freeway.

Owner was a lovely kind woman that took pride in hotel they owned & her husband is clearly a handy guy to have around. Very clean, comfy beds, pillows were just right. Very friendly, has ties with a few restaurants local so you can get 20% off on a meal. Loved talking art & woodworking with her! Can't wait to see the finished lobby next time I'm out that way.

Got to the room & there were a few rowdy loud ones in halls. They simmered quickly like a pancake on a hot griddle. No complaints

All electricity was off in the middle of the night. Had to pack by flashlight and leave. Miserable. Would like to get a refund.

The staff was beyond sweet and friendly. I got all the help I needed. I checked in late and was even asked if I had gotten a chance to eat since I was travelling across country. Then I got to sleep on a very comfy bed. If I ever make that drive again I will be back.

Do not stay at this hotel!! BIGGEST scam ever when we arrived they notified us that their was a cleaning fee that had to be paid thru cash app $98 that we weren't aware of when booking! No hotel ever does that, the owners are super rude and they keep this money for themselves. Also the cleaning lady goes thru your personal stuff. my straightner went missing from my luggage. They also turn off your Ac while you're gone! If you're planning to stay the 24hrs of the day at this hotel their is also an extra free for that $85 extra. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The person who checked us in was lovely. Our room was quiet. That is where "what we liked" ended.

This hotel looks like it in in the middle of renovation, but I am not sure. The bathroom, furniture and carpeting looked like is was from the 70's. I was an adult then, so I am probably right. The beds were okay. No ice--all of the machines were out of order. Nothing was available--even coffee. I would NEVER stay here again. Definitely not worth the price paid.
