The room was nice but entries were not so nice. Bathrooms could use some work

When checking in i went to my room turned ac on and the mini fridge because i waa going to get a cake. When i came back the fridge was unplugged and the ac waa turned off. It was 110 degrees that day so when i came in it waa unpleasant to sleep in the hot room. I waa very unhappy when they did that. Luckily for the cake i decided not to get. Not good for them to come in and turn off all thosw things. :(

Clean and quiet

The bed was large and comfy. The staff was very very nice and helpful. The room was very easy to access and good parking.

The air conditioning was very weak and can't be felt except for right underneath it. The room was very hot, hotter than the weather outside. The interior of the building is not temperature controlled, very hot and stuffy. The ice machine was out of order. There were no snacks or drink machines on site although there are signs for them. The clock was not set and the fridge was not plugged in, so the time was wrong and the fridge was hot when I arrived. There are multiple controls for the temperature which are outdated/out of battery/and confusing. The lighting is either very harsh or very weak and the brightness outside the windows cannot be fully blocked. These are small things but when you arrive at a late hour and are tired it's very frustrating. Very run down and outdated but serviceable.

It was clean.

It's undergoing remodeling but nothing appeared to be remodeled yet. The kitchen was not available as was vending machines and an ice machine.
