I was pleasantly surprised. For the valuable price. The room was cute clean and didn’t smell….wooohoo

Nice and clean. Good for overnight

The rooms were filthy and there were stains and hairs all over the linens. There was feces in the toilet from the previous guest and bathroom had not been cleaned

this property is not "Art Deco", it is aged, more like 70's remodel in progress. I called after booking to inquire if a fridge was int he room, the reply was "yes, all rooms have a fridge" When I checked in, it would have been nice to have said fridge plugged in and cold upon my arrival since I had called ahead. Also, have the air conditioning on so the room is cool upon guest arrival. A HUGE touch that would have been appreciated considering the aged appearance of this property (do NOT open cabinet under sink, unless you are prepared to be scared-this should be closed shut so guests cannot open, ewe) Staff attitude (the owner?) when I mentioned things, she hurriedly offered a refund indication I would not find this rate elsewhere in town. I guess you get what you pay for. Will not stay again.

They are just getting going. The price was cheap, but the room was good. Air conditioner was great but bucket outside made me nervous a little. Lady was nice when I checked in.

Clean sheets.

Ice machine was broken, holes in the walls, lights not working, towels were stained and rough.

The OYO HomeTown Inn has an extremely attentive staff and my room was noticeably clean, which you don’t always get at this price point. The microwave and refrigerator worked well. The room itself was pretty large and there were more than enough towels.

The hotel is in the midst of being renovated. My room, while clean, was not one of the renovated rooms. It would be interesting to see how it will be renovated as the previous management made some interesting decisions when the rooms were last refreshed—for instance, there’s an outlet where you’d expect the bed’s headboard to be. While clean, the linens and towels were rough. The fixtures, while functional and clean, are in need of a refresh. All in all, I thought it was a fair value for what I paid, although I probably wouldn’t have booked if I knew the hotel was actively being renovated since there are properties nearby at similar prices.
