Staff loud from talking, could hear them from the room while trying to sleep. And no coffee in the room but there's a kettle

The reception was great.

1. The agreed Booking.com amount was overcharged by establishment. Booking.com was 360BW and establishment charges R400. 2. No toilet paper in the bathroom and have to make requests. 3. Bath is too small. Length okay but witdth small. 4. Shared television channels👎

Cleanliness. Whattsapp worked well for communication it just need to looked after carefully and respond as quick as possible. otherwise i liked it.

price of breakfast is quite steepy

I have enjoyed my stay.

However the place was a bit noisy. Clients that book in late at night were noisy. Staff members are also noisy when starting work early in the morning.

very nice nice quiet location. But easy to access shopping centers and the city center. very clean and comfortable room and facilities. check in was fast and easy. The staff was just lovely, kind and with good recommendations and helped me arrange onward travel. excellent value in Gaborone.

I enjoyed the quietness, cleanliness and l advice other future visitor's to bring own toiletry from soap to lotion.

The light coming from the passage, through the glass above the door, its difficult for me to sleep with even a tiny bit of light

The only thing we liked about the place was the comfortable bed with white clean sheets and comfy pillows. We got a well-deserved rest.

My husband and I rented a room at Haithoms guest house for one night. We arrived just before 2 pm. On arrival, we had a minor payment discrepancy at the desk. Our booking confirmation showed BWP 361.92 whilst theirs showed BWP 391.92. The hotel manager and I showed each other proof on our phones. I have since checked my email and can see that the guest house price of BWP391.92 was correct. I hadn't seen the extra charges on my booking confirmation. It was an honest mistake on my part, I made the booking on the move three hours before we checked in and didn't read the email properly. so didn't see the extra charges. Of course, at the time I was unhappy with the extra fee that I didn't see on the booking. Haven't travelled around Southern Africa for six months, and we were running low on cash. But at no time was I once rude to anyone. My husband proceeded to pay in cash the asking fee of BWP 391.92. The following day after we had checked out I received a pending alert of £65.31, equivalent to 1000 BWP or more. The lodge has since stolen the sum of £65.31 from my account! I have not been given any reason for the theft. They also lied that I tried to find cheaper places from their place but couldn't find any. When all I said to my husband was perhaps we should cancel, to which he replied no point the the taxi has already left. We were given a room and slept most of the time there as we were very tired from our travelling. We didn't have a kitchen or living room so we were left wondering about their reasons for stealing from me.

It is clean

I had to beg for a towel after l was told, their policy is 1 towel per room. Guest have to share a single towel. They have a kettle and cups but no tea, coffee neither sugar or milk.
