This is a shared responsibility for both the property and booking. You have to close the gap between who takes responsibility when a change is required. Schedules change minute by minute, and both the property and booking are placing responsibility on each other. I paid booking.com, and you tell me the property needs to make the change, and the property claims booking needs to make the change. Leaving me, the person paying, to fend for myself. This was a horrible experience!

This stay was fine. Don't be fooled by the “free breakfast”, it is not an actual breakfast. Choices in the area are limited but I world stay somewhere else next time

"Room was huge and very clean! Just the pool was very cold!"

Breakfast was delicious! Waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage! All delicious!

Having a pool was great but the pool was very very cold! Maybe pool could be heated! That would have made our stay perfect!
