"Beautiful room, needs deep cleaning."

The room is very nice, everything is new and modern … BUT … there is an area of white ‘something’ on the black West Elm couch and also on the TV remote that is actually hardened and, well, I’m not touching it. Note to the cleaning staff - you’re the weak link here. DO BETTER!

"Nice hotel"

The check-in was easy and the front desk was helpful. The decor is new and the room was large and mostly clean. The breakfast area is a little bit crowded in the morning and had mostly egg dishes though the quality was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant experience from checking in to checkout. Staff greeted you with a smile & very pleasant. The room was very clean. The complementary breakfast was very nice too. This definitely our favorite hotel and we will be staying here again when we come to visit our family in PA. Thank you!
