"Amazing location, quiet and comfortable room in the heart of Split old town"

Incredible location, right in the heart of the old town of Split but within easy walking distance of the port and bus station. So great to be so close to the amazing restaurants, bars and live music. Yet the room was exceptionally quiet due to the double glazed windows. So no street noise that we heard (and we were there on Saturday night). Ivo was so friendly and welcoming and was always on hand to help and was easy to contact at any point. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room had air con which was a must in the high July heat!

Nothing, everything was great. There are stairs so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage this may be worth considering but otherwise they are fine. The room can get hot, but we just shut the shutters during the day.

Location. You are next to Jupiter temple which is about 4 - 50 ft from the palace forum. Ivo, our host was just a friendly person who is willing to help in anyway to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

"Great central stay"

Very central location, so very easy to get to everything. You might think that it is quite noisy in the centre of Split, in the old town where it can get very touristy, but the windows are good at soundproofing. The host was very helpful and arrived promptly when we arrived earlier than expected. Great to have a fridge and AC in the room. Great for what we needed.

"Stay in the centre of split"

Couldn’t get much more central than Rooms Base. The host was lovely, met us for check in and gave us a room tour and provided any information we needed. Room has all ammenities required for a comfortable stay.
