Close to city and all the restaurants Comfortable and cozy As described in the photos

Only one toilet and bathroom downstairs Some Lights were not working Washing machine and dryer were dirty No heaters or fireplace in bedroom but heated beds

Size of property including individual room size and location.

Unsafe dining room chairs, bathroom sink didn’t empty properly, coffee machine was still full of previous tenants dirty water, and dishwasher was not empty.

Location Restaurants close by. Coded entry worked well. Nice and spacious home. Good parking.

Furniture wasn't greatly comfortable, tired, needs updating.. Lack of starter packs with basic condiments, eg, coffee and milk, considering 6 guests. Remote for one air-conditioner unit not working, wash basin in bathroom slightly blocked. Only one plug in main bedròom. Spent a long time searching for bath towels, needed to contact owner who was quick to respond and direct us to the garage. Flashing light outside at the back.

Heaters didn’t work

Close to restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to the city. A fairly quiet street. The pantry was well stocked.

Digital door difficult to close at times and many attempts to lock. Instructions would be handy. Bowl in bathroom very slow to empty- needs attention. Only 1 bathroom if all bedrooms used.

Location was fabulous. The decor was great & a lovely living room area. Outdoor are was an absolute delight.

The BBQ was a mess & the oven dirty which prevented us from being able to self cater during our stay

Well organised and beautiful house

I wished new bathroom had a toilet as well so that it would be enough to accommodate everyone in group. And a lock system for existing toilet.
