"A secluded and homely hotel with great views and value."

Eric was outstanding and nothing was too much him, he organised all of our tours and boats across to Flores. We loved the location away from the centre of Flores but just a quick boat ride away.

Hôtel charmant avec belle vue sur Flores, personnel sympathique.

Hôtel bruyant, mal isolé phonétiquement, on entend tout à toutes heures. Difficile de bien dormir dans ces conditions.

"A brilliant hotel with the best staff in the jungle."

It was a really well looked after hotel with great employees. Situated in San Miguel with a nice view of the lake. Great food and lots of help sorting out excursions.

"Good place to stay."

It was quite an adventure to get there. We came from Tikal and we’re dropped of in Flores where we were picked up in a motor boat and went across the lake and then up to the hotel in a golf cart. The place was clean and the view of Flores amazing. The roof terrace is wonderful. Breakfast was also great.

The beds could be a little more comfortable and the manager got extremely angry at us when we were 15 minutes late to cross the lake. He was nice otherwise.

"Peaceful location, lovely hotel"

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. We liked the fact it was not in Flores but very easy to get there. The views were stunning overlooking Flores. The room was a good size with enough shelves to put all our stuff on and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed walking in the woods behind the property with Mowgli the hotel dog! The breakfast was good value and delicious. Would recommend hiring kayaks from Hostel Adra to explore the lake.

פינת חמד מחוץ לפלורס, הגעה בסירה מפלורס. נוף יפה מהחצר לאגם,פינות נחמדות לישיבה בחצר.חדר מרווח עם חדר רחצה מחודש.

רהוט ישן בחדר,קירות עם קילופי צבע. אפשרויות דלות לארוחות במקום ובסביבתו.הבריכה יפה להתבוננות אבל לא לרחצה..

"Superbe !"

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au Zapote Tree. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Rien de tel qu’un bon café au bord de la piscine avec une vue qui donne sur l’île de Flores. Pour s’y rendre, nous prenions un bateau et nous sommes en contact constant avec l’hôtel en cas de besoin. merci encore !
