Humming birds, nice view . Food was honest and good . Honour bar . Nice staff '

Tiny pool ( never used) room was sold with view ., no view from room as ground floor. Shower hot water non existent but did get a shock . We arranged a Tikal visit throught them 29 people with one guide . Honestly was very unsatisfied . Many other groups were 6 or 7.

The staff, Erik and Noe were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was excellent; do not worry that it is not on the island, you are better off here! Great rooms, clean, comfy beds, and warm showers. Lovely outside space including a pool.

The team at Zapote Tree was fantastic: Erick and Noé are so caring and helpful, and provided us with lots of tips and support. The room was comfortable, the view from the different terraces beautiful, and we even got to go explore the peninsula with Mogli, the hotel’s dog! 100% recommend staying here to stay on the calmer, more authentic side of Flores!

We loved the staff, the fun of getting to and from the hotel via boat, and the ease of tours booked through the hotel. Great breakfast and views as well.
