We stay at Countryside Resort it was small hotel but beautiful resort Room was very clean Good was yummy specially Chicken Dum Biryani breakfast was also good Game zone and swimming pool was clean They have special arrangements for birthday decoration Thank Countryside team Highly recommended for family stay at lonavala in pocket friendly

The location is excellent. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were outstanding. The food was superb. All the staff members, especially Mr. Subha, who is managing the kitchen and is always smiling while doing his job very efficiently, were very friendly and helpful. In fact, all the staff were good and very accommodating. Chef is doing a great job. On the whole superb experience. Our rooms were booked in the name of Harish Parekh 102/3/4. Thank you once again🙏🏻😊.

The restaurant was good and food from the restaurant and breakfast was good

We booked 4 rooms and were given rooms 201 to 204 and outside the rooms they had sewer manholes and smelling terrible so every guest should avoid this rooms unless you love the smell. The bedding was not clean at all and had to request to change. Shower in 201 and 204 was not working so had to do bucket bath. The location is in a residential area with nothing outside no public and no activities so plenty options to choose in good vibrant areas. On our last night at 23 45 the reception staff calls our room when we fast asleep and wants to know and asks for the residential address in our country cause it was not in there system he could not wait till morning and had to call late at night and apologised in the morning so very unprofessional from reception desk. The resort is very old and everything feels so run down so avoid this resort and choose better options

Clean rooms, the location is good and the staff are courteous.

The pool and the surroundings were not kept clean.

Staff, service, ambience and specially i like that there is No smoking policy which is good

Very good experience,very helpfull staff specially Mr aditya & Mr abhishek. Very good pool and water park and games room for children.We enjoyed a lot

The experience is going good and the room service is awesome. Available all time as when required. Rooms where cleaned. All basic things were kept on place Thanks Aarif Euddin ( Meritas Countryside) for the service provided.

Had an amazing time, I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff couldn't be more helpful. The menu in the resturant is varied and the food is excellent. Lastly, I would like to thank the restaurant staff especially "Sidhant" who caters to your every need, which is especially helpful when you are visiting from another country and aren't so familiar with Indian cuisine.
