The staff is very slow, and you have to call them 2–3 times for even basic requests. For example, after check-in we requested towels, which were not provided until 4 PM despite calling three times. Each time, they kept saying the towels were already in the room, even after we clearly explained they were not. And they dont even have the basic first aid kit. But they definitely call you at 10.50 for check out reminder!! There are no smart TVs, so the only option was regular channels like Balika Vadhu on Colors. The TV speakers were also in very poor condition. The food menu is very limited. The chana garlic dish had baby garlic and didn’t even resemble a proper garlic preparation. Maintenance is extremely poor. There was dust everywhere, and the kettle looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Last year we stayed at Meritas Aura and had an exceptional experience, but this time it was the complete opposite. This was a managers’ trip meant for relaxation and enjoyment, but due to poor service and lack of hygiene, the experience was very disappointing—especially after paying a good amount.

Worst experience, cramped room, rude staff, bad tasting breakfast, nothing to like. We have stayed in other Meritas properties this is the worst

Nice location, cooperative staff and cleannesses. Also the breakfast included which is good in the provided price. One should visit at least once

We had an amazing experience.. nice location. Value for money. Rooms are clean. Nice food. We had went during Christmas and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff also gave a complimentary Christmas rum cake. Thank you .

Property is very small however Location of resort is good, ambience of hotel looks decent, rooms are small with toughen glass partitions created in the rooms to separate washrooms. Room sleepers are not being provided. Experience lots of delay in Housekeeping service to clean the rooms, it needs to be improved , food service and taste is good. Overall stay experience is value for money.

Location was convenient, atmosphere was pleasant and cold, Rooms are small but good and value for money. This property is good for family with kids.

Overall stay was good, nice staff, however I think price was little bit on higher side comparing to other similar resorts...

One of the best experience at Countryside by Meritas. Rooms were clean. Excellent ambience. Very beautiful lawn. Good service, great food. We moved from Fern Lonavla to the said resort. Food in Fern was horrible. But food here was extra ordinary whether Ala carte or buffet breakfast. To name a few Subah, Sujeet, Ketan , Deepak Singh. Excellent service from them.
