Meritas Countryside Resort Lonavala

My stay at Meritas Countryside, Lonavala was honestly wonderful from the moment we checked in until the next day. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the balcony was such a pretty, peaceful spot to just sit and relax. The whole property, from the façade to the playground, was very well kept and thoughtfully designed. The music at night was perfectly balanced, not too loud, just enough to add to the vibe. The atmosphere there felt almost ethereal and truly mesmerizing. A big shoutout to the staff because they were amazing. Very polite, gentle, and genuinely helpful with everything we needed. The food quality was top notch, and everything around the property was squeaky clean. The only small issue was that the bathroom had a slight odor the morning during our stay, maybe something related to the drainage. Also, the indoor arcade could use a bit more supervision since some game pieces were missing, which took a little fun away. Overall, it was easily a 10/10 experience for what we paid. I would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again.

The rooms were very clean and top notch. The property was also very nice with a pool and jacuzzi. The best part was the club room where you can play ample of games and have a chill time. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and on request they decorated the room very beautifully, thank you very much Meritas!

Very good place for a cozy stay staff is very cooperative food is very delicious there should be a slight improvement in the breakfast variety overall it was a pleasant stay

Location is convenient. Atmosphere is good. Rooms are fine but in our room there is a perticular smell was coming when we switch on the exhaust fan in washroom. And that was irritating to us. Amenities were good.

I stayed in superior room and it was bug and very clean. Staffs were very supportive. We had our dinner from same restaurant and the food was really tasty. Recommended.

Amazing I would like to visit again. All the services are very good. The cleanliness of the hotel is good and the rooms are in good condition.
