"Must visit with family, great ambience and food."

Breakfast, ambience, game room.

Pool wasn't very clean maybe they would have cleaned it later. Room were assigned late.

"Stay at Countryside Meritas - Lonavala"

Location- It is good for family relaxation. Some near by places are there for site seeing like Sun Set Point, Rajmachi point, Lake for boating. Atmosphere- Atmospehre was cool around Mar 2026 when we visited Rooms- Rooms were clean, Some bedsheets were torn but it was replaced immediately. We used Value- We booked this place considering swimming pool availability. Swimming Pool is closed at 6.30 pm but as per instructions on swimming pool board it is open till 7 pm as per one instraction board and open till 9 pm as per another instruction board. this is misleading. We came for swimming after sunset sightseeing around 7.30 and we were not allowed to use the pool. We went to Swimming pool next day. Here Jacuzzi is working only in 1 chair . Swimming pool was not maintained well. It was having lot of leaves and soil. So we skipped swimming. We had asked staff to clean it a day before but it was not taken care of. Restaurant in Hotel- Food in attached restaurant to the resort is good in taste but slightly over priced and limited menu. There are lot of good hotels near by so we tried food outside. Breakfast was good with reasonable spread Staff - Staff was friendly. Sports Room- Sports room was also OK. Fussball pieces needs to be repaired as some of them were broken. Chess board and cards can also be added. But Table tennis and pool and carrom were good. Ambience at night is more pleasant and appealing

"Fab experience"

The ambience is stunning.They got all sorts of things under same roof.Best part is they have kids play area which keep our kids occupied from not getting bored.They do have indoor play area for adults.Food is good,staff is polite overall had wonderful experience. Rooms are clean.
