Icon Park Hotel Chiang Mai

I liked the hotel overall, especially the location. The room was very spacious, generally clean, and the staff were polite.

What I really didn’t like was the noise from the bar downstairs. I was surprised that the room had almost no soundproofing. Even when people were just playing pool, I could clearly hear the sound of the balls hitting — that’s how poor the insulation was. Not to mention the music from outside and people partying after midnight.

The location is excellent. It is close to many attractions, cafes, and local spots, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai without spending too much time commuting. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable variety to start the day comfortably. It was simple but satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful whenever needed and maintained a polite and positive attitude throughout the stay.

The room was very small. While it was clean and functional, the limited space made it feel a bit cramped, especially if you are traveling with more luggage. There is no swimming pool, which might be disappointing for travelers who expect more facilities. Overall, the hotel feels like it offers fewer amenities than what you might expect for its star rating. The facilities are quite basic.

Muy buena ubicación y con instalaciones modernas y con buen desayuno

No había ventanas ni ventilación en la habitación. Olía bastante mal (a humedad). Faltaban espejos.
