The staff was very friendly and delivered an iron very quickly, thank you!

The shower never had hot water. It was lukewarm at best and often turned cold while taking a shower....in the morning and at night. I was also very disappointed that there were no outlets in the bathroom. That made it very hard to dry my hair and straighten my hair.
