"Perfecte ligging, rustig, geen goede communicatie"

Perfecte ligging, midden in het centrum. Ruim appartement en ondanks de centrale locatie rustig.

Er was met chloor schoongemaakt, waardoor het appartement sterk naar chloor rook. Dat vonden wij op zich niet erg, maar de badkamer was daarna niet goed nagespoeld. Hierdoor hebben onze nieuwe kledingstukken chloorvlekken opgelopen. We hebben hierover contact opgenomen. Er kwam wel een korte reactie, maar er werd helaas niet meegedacht over een passende oplossing. Vervolgens kregen wij ook geen reactie meer.

Easy 10/10 very nice location, close to everything but still quit during the night . It’s not on hill so it’s very convenient. Very spacious, clean and well decorated, has everything you need .

"Convenient, quiet, comfortable apartment near top attractions in Baixa"

The street is very quiet while being close to the famous sites along Rua Augusta and close to Praca do Comercio. So location is a 10. It's nice that they have someone in the lobby to assist during regular business hours. The 2-bedroom suite was comfortable. The breakfast (left in refrigerator) was uninspiring. This was our homebase for 2 nights and it worked just fine. If you need an apartment-style accomodation, this could work well.

It doesn't have much of a "vibe" so if you're looking for that, you'll be disappointed. Also, the elevator service may be slow or one of them out of order - based on my experience.

La ubicación genial. Edificio muy tranquilo y que cuenta con conserje. A diez minutos de todo. Cercano a supermercados como Pinco 12 o Auchan

La ducha del dormitorio no funcionaba adecuadamente. En cuanto al desayuno... hay que estar pendiente de solicitar reiteradamente productos específicos por intolerancias alimenticias, véase leche vegetal, así como de que se proporcionen productos básicos como cacao, ya que sólo proporcionan càpsulas de cafe (en caja abierta, prácticamente las justas para cada día).

La ubicación. La distribución del apartamento, así como los elementos dispuestos para hacer cómoda la estancia. Cocina muy completa. Lavadora, lavavajilllas, microondas, cafetera,...

Pequeños detalles como el hecho de que en el baño de la habitación de matrimonio no funcionara correctamente la ducha de mano, lo que te obligaba de ducharte con la de techo, mojándote completamente. En cuanto al servicio de desayuno, también hay cosas que mejorar (sería preferible mencionarlo como una cortesía del anfitrión, más que un servicio).
