"Great place in the heart of Baixa"

Location was great. Size for the money was a great value. Food provided for breakfast was great and when I messaged the staff that we don’t eat dairy, they started bringing us soy and oat milk and other non dairy items.

"Good location near tram 28 but very basic and in need of updating"

The bathroom was newly renovated and the shower was good. Breakfast was a nice touch, although very simple and not needed so we asked to cancel (it still came which was a bit of a waste). Very close to the tram and easy base for getting around on foot.

The apartment is very basic and in need of some renovation. The dishwasher doesn’t work (which wasn’t mentioned before) and no drying rack is provided so you have to dry out dishes on the stove). The window is broken on the front so you can’t let in fresh air - we were with children and it was unsafe to open the door at the back. The bedroom on the street is quite noisy so if you are a light sleeper you might hear traffic and footfall below.
