Excellent location, spacious apartment, 4th floor wrap around balcony, daily breakfast supplied in room, playpen for 2 year old, 2 full bathrooms, doorman available through the day, attentive owner

2 large elevators in the building but aware of maintenance issues causing them to stop unexpectedly. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

L'alloggio è molto bello, luminoso e ampio, perfetto per 4 persone in quanto ci sono due camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Gli infissi coprono abbastanza bene i rumori, ma chi è molto sensibile potrebbe sentire il passaggio del tram e di moto/ auto la notte in quanto si trova al 1 piano. Noi abbiamo dormito benissimo. Ci sono addirittura due ascensori ampi. La posizione è straordinaria, proprio sopra la fermata dello storico Tram 28 e a due passi da Praça do Comércio, e pochi minuti a piedi da Rossio. Anche la fermata metro Baixa è accessibile nella stessa via dell'alloggio perché c'è un ingresso della metro al numero 81. L'host risponde subito alle richieste. Per noi la colazione era perfetta perchè corrispondeva a quello che mangiamo in Italia ed era anche abbondante: pane, formaggio, latte (anche vegano), burro, marmellata, caffe' e succhi di frutta. Gli impiegati sul posto ci sono venuti incontro per altre piccole richieste. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti e torneremmo volentieri!

Il prezzo non è economico, ma in linea con i prezzi di Lisbona che è diventata più cara negli ultimi anni.

Great central location but still quiet and off the Main Street. Very comfortable and lots of room. Fantastic showers!

Appliances in the kitchen weren’t working - if you stayed longer that would be annoying. Plugs in the kitchen were not easy to swop around and use.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral, perfekt um in alle Richtungen Lissabon zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht alle Wünsche umzusetzen und reagieren immer gleich auf die Nachrichten.

Leider ist die Unterkunft renovierungsbedürftig. Ein Bad ist in schlechtem Zustand und es hat trotz Reinigung schlecht gerochen. Toilettenspülung hat trotz Reperatur nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Frühstück kommt immer am Vortag, dadurch Brot nicht frisch und die Wünsche werden immer zeitverzögert umgesetzt. Kaffee nur für 1 Tasse pro Tag da. Sehr laut, da Straßenbahn und Haltestelle direkt vorm Haus.
