Villa Nissos

Un appartement très fonctionnel, entièrement climatisé, à trois minutes de la belle plages d’Issos en voiture. La gentillesse de notre hôte, Gregory. Nous avons eu la chance d’être seuls dans la propriété durant deux jours, personne n’occupant l’appartement du haut. Très bonne taverne grecque Varkos, à côté de la maison.

Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit für uns da, sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und außerordentlich gastfreundlich!! Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles funktioniert und ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit selbstgebackenen griechischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt! Danke für die tolle Betreuung!

Το κατάλυμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και έχει ό,τι χρειάζεται για να εξασφαλιστεί μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή. Επίσης έχει περιποιημένη αυλή και δικό του χώρο στάθμευσης.Είναι κοντά στην παραλία και σε δύο καλά εστιατόρια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενικός και φρόντιζε για την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Κατά την άφιξή μας υπήρχαν νερά, χυμοί, αναψυκτικά, μπύρες, υλικά για τοστ, μέχρι και φρούτα, λάδι, κρασί, κάψουλες για καφέ. Στα plus του καταλύματος η ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα της μητέρας του ιδιοκτήτη. Το δέκα είναι απολύτως ανάλογο της φιλοξενίας που βρήκαμε!

I loved staying within walking distance from Issos Beach. Enjoyed afternoons in the villa's garden where the shade from a lovely big tree provided respite from the glaring sun. Inside, the high quality toiletries and high quality interior were a real treat.

Despite a few nice features, the garden seemed a bit barren, with no flowers. In comparison, many other properties in the vicinity had flowering shrubs. Also, the local shop was ok, but it would not do for a longer stay.

Sehr sichere und ruhige Lage. Alles wie beschrieben. Zu Fuß max. 10min an einem ausgezeichneten Sandstrand. Guter direkter Parkplatz vorhanden. Modern und Stilvoll eingerichtet mit ausreichend Platz und allem was man benötigt. Toller Garten mit Spielsachen wie Rutsche und Schaukeln für kleine Kinder und wirklich sehr gut gepflegt. Abends auch echt schick beleuchtet mit Moderner Garnitur zum Sitzen und entspannen. Der Besitzer ist aber wirklich der Knaller, soeine tolle Person habe ich noch nie gesehen. Wir wurden immer benachrichtigt oder auch gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, und wenn wir was brauchen sollen wir nur kurz durchrufen/WhatsApp schreiben. Er war auch immer mal kurz da und hat sich auch wirklich um alles gekümmert und sich versichert, dass es uns auch gut geht. Im Kühlschrank war mehr als ausreichend Wasser, Bier und Cola gelagert und eine Flasche eigenen Weisswein. Es gab 2 Tüten Toastbrot noch dazu mit Wurst und Käse neu im Kühlschrank. On Top gab es noch eigene Pfirsiche frisch auf dem Tisch bei Ankunft. Und es gab noch Süßigkeiten als Präsent zur abreise. Achja, es gibt auch sonst alles was man braucht wie Salz/Pfeffer, Kaffekapseln, Spülmittel, Tabs für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, Strohhalme, Papier, Müllbeutel etc. Meine Erwartungen wurden einfach komplett übertroffen. 👍🏿

Ruhige Lage, perfekt für den Familienurlaub!!

Gregory is a fantastic host. You feel so welcome to this beautiful Villa.

everything new, everything shiny, lots of care from the owner, lots of small items for the first day use and generally for the stay, everything in working order. kitchen was fully equipped, air conditioning worked like a charm. The location is also perfect: quiet and isolated, but close enough to our favorite beach (Issos beach) that we could take a walk there in the mornings there are 2 tavernas near by, Aggelos and Varkos, both have great food and excellent service (even for larger groups full of children like the one we had).

We liked absolutely everything regarding the accomodatio. But what touched us particularly was the owner's attitude. Gregory made us feel at home. He made us part of is family during our stay. We even met is wonderfull mother and sons. Gregory we will never forget the amazing pastissada (?) and the charming vila of Chlomos. We'll take Erikety on our hearts forever.
