Pacific Inn

It was in a good location. The air conditioner/ heater didnt work. The wifi and dish didnt work. Everything else was okay

This "Inn" is not very clean. Under the beds were filthy. There is no person on site only a virtual clerk. We put our stuff in our room and went out for a bit then came back to put our left overs in the fridge when we had to move the bed to open the mini fridge and discovered old food and crumbs under the bed. I went to the window and spoke to the virtual clerk who argued about it being dirty and then fought getting a clean room but eventually gave us a different room and that wasnt very clean. It was an unpleasant experience the entire time. And then on the second day the maid service came into our room while we were out and about and cleaned the room which was unexpected.

Well when we got there someone answered the ring door bell and didnt say anything we were standing out there for 5 minutes when i finally got in the door she was on a computer.... okay finished up but she put us in a handicap room, no towels at all. I had to go find someone that was working there to get some. We were there for two days we just wanted to finish our stay and leave.

No onsite staff, rooms are very clean but small

No physical person for check in.Checked in remotely,the person was not friendly.My card information was taken for incidentals but I was charged for nothing.Still fighting to get my money back.The TV was not working.The toilet was not stable.

the manager is off site so you deal with a kiosk. first room lock did not work. second room was not cleaned yet. no phone in room. i have stayed in better rooms by the hour. not recommended.

I liked that the property was clean. I didn't like speaking to someone on a screen who was presumably many miles away in order to check in. Services like this need in-person contact not only for emergencies but for human contact.

The place was decent for the price value. I’m not used to there being no front desk clerk, but I understand the idea of saving money. The internet did not work the entire time I was there. Overall, 3/5, for the price, quality, and service. P.S. Stores are across the street for convenience.

First time to check into a hotel with no physical person here, very different and that means no one on-site to assist you. Towels were wet so we had to hang them up to dry. Very cold - couldn't even walk on the tile and bathroom was freezing. Fridge was inaccessible, door couldn't be opened until we pushed the fridge over to even get in it. Chairs had dirty upholstery not clean enough to sit on.
