The service very good i will come back all time

It may have been remodeled but no new features. Shabby old stained furniture. Old mattress. Tv kept switching to a different channel on its own.

Needs a better cleaning staff. Virtual staff for check in is new to me.

They keep deposit for long time. I was there 6 day ago for one night - deposit still blocked.

We arrived late and while my husband was booking the room, we read the reviews, but by then the room was booked and it was too late to go somewhere else. We did have concerns after reading the reviews, but the rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had a quiet night and slept well. We did not like the lack of a person on site, having to talk to a screen to check in. For security there should be someone there to deal with any problems. We needed either 2 rooms with 2 beds, or 3 rooms, and were told there were no rooms with 2 beds, so we had 3 rooms. These were spread out a large distance from each other. However, the room next to us had 2 beds and was empty all night and the next morning, so we could have had that. The rubbish truck came through at 6.30 am and woke us with a jump as it was very loud and right outside our room, other than that we had a quiet night.

Automated check in was unexpected, but went smoothly. Because no one was actually working on site things that did come up like no batteries in the TV remote couldn't be addressed because "it was after 10 o'clock". The deadbolt for door to our room was missing and the door frame was split where someone had previously forced the door open and it hadn't been replaced.

Price was good, rooms are large

You can tell the air is full of sea water. The front door of our room, the door handles have rust on them, also extremely difficult to open. There’s so much furniture in the room you only have one narrow path to walkway, so if you have more then one person in a room it’s quite cramped.

Faucet was loose. Lights flickered. Needs paint on walls, shower was weak.

No staff on hand. Couldn’t get a final receipt. Mold on bathroom, toilet not bolted down tight. Pillows flat and wore out!
