The room was clean and the dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

The motel is in a quiet place with beautiful view. Very close to route 1, easy to find/approach. The staff was friendly. Complimentary Breakfast was provided, they run a small onsite restaurant for lunch/dinner as well, which save travelers trouble to find place to eat.

Did not have HVAC in room so it was stuffy. Couldn’t open window other attract bugs into room. Everything else was wonderful and staff were very pleasant.

Do NOT book this property through Exp*di@. It’s a nice place to stay, but now that you have found it, PLEASE do yourself a favor and book directly with them. Exp*di@ will not, under any circumstances, share your e- mail addy or ph0ne # with the property and so the Guesthouse staff literally have no way to send you the check-in instructions. Since they are a small property, the place is not staffed 24/7 and the front desk closes at 10p. We got delayed on the road and so would be arriving closer to 11p and realized we had no way to get the key other than message them through Exp*di@ and hope that they got our message. But Exp*di@ blocked out the e- mail address I sent, and my international phone plan did not let me text them (for some reason). It was a disaster and we almost had no place to stay. Now - the Guesthouse is not brand new to this and should have messaged us through Exp*di@ as soon as we booked to let us know of this limitation and how to contact them, and they did not, which is why I took off a star. The room itself was small and stuffy, with an extremely soft bed, but it was an OK place to spend a night. The location was the best part as it got us closer to destinations along the South Coast. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and you should plan on finding food somewhere else in the morning. But with all that said, I’d stay here again if I needed a place to stay in the area and I booked with the Guesthouse DIRECTLY.

Quaint accommodations for our 1st stop along the Ring Road. Staff at the reception desk and restaurant were pleasant. Comfortable room. The goats were an added bonus.

Gorgeous location, clean and modern yet still cozy. Room was super clean and the staff were all welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Pretty scenery, lovely guesthouse, great breakfast. It was a little hot in our room, but other than that, a perfect stay.

We loved our stay and wish we stayed longer. We had a great supper and breakfast.

The property, staff, and cleanliness were excellent! The staff was friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The complementary breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were nice. I liked how they had 2 private bathrooms and 2 private shower rooms with toilets. I wish it would've listed that laundry was a fee and i wish they had a feezer to keep our icepacks frozen for our cooler on our travels. Overall, wonderful place to stay!!
