Rooms were large, clean and comfortable

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, and they went out of their way to find me a room that was ready when I arrived a little early. The hotel was very clean and the facilities had been updated recently. It was 5 mins from the airport which was convenient.

The parking lot was hard to enter and exit for rideshares. And you had to go through an IHOP lot to get there, which was always crowded. My room was very clean but smelled faintly of smoke.

THe Breakfast prvided was the BEST one ever

Buena ubicación, muy buena habitación, buen desayuno.

Tres de los 9 días que estuvimos alojados no realizaron el arreglo de la habitación. Inaceptable que cuando nos quejamos en la recepción, las tres veces dijeron que no habían realizado la labor porque estaba puesto el letrero de no molestar en la parte exterior de la puerta, lo cual era falso. Además de negligentes mentirosos. Ante nuestras reiteradas quejas, cambiaron la funcionaria por una muy eficiente de nombre Rosa.
