Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Airport NE - Hapeville by IHG

A breakfast of the hotel is very good. The security is good. The room size is roomy.

I had quite trouble to find the entrance of the hotel because the hotel locates behind other hotel of Best Western and a restaurant of a pancake house. There is only an entrance of both hotels only through a parking lot of the restaurant's entrance. The light of the sign for the Holiday Inn was off on a top position of a long small sign showing all 3 spots while other low two signs were on when I arrived there late. Its breakfast is very good, but there is not service for Netflix. All other hotels provided it. I was enjoying it using my own account with Netflix like doing at my home in the evenings and rainy days making me unable to take a daily tour around and staying at the hotel all day .

Front desk was very nice/ welcoming.

Didn’t know there was a 10.00 parking fee, it was hard to find Holiday Inn. It was behind Best western.

Close to airport. Reasonable parking rate for Atlanta.

Cold breakfast food that should have been warm at 8:00 am.

Staff especially Supervisor was especially helpful during my stay.

The quality of the room and cleanliness. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Tranquil.
