Staff at resception was so unfriendly and the lady wanted to give me a small smoking room but i booked a deluxe non smoking room. She was so unfriendly. Room she gave me was behind the elivator so it was very noisy

Odalar genel olarak temizdi fakat havasız ve eskiydi. Kahvaltısının iyileştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Çeşit sayısını fazla tutmaktansa daha az ama kaliteli ürünler sunulabilir. Otelin konumu iyiydi.

Oda çok küçüktü yürümeye yer bile yoktu, 1 gece 3500 tllik bir otel değildi asla, konumu gereği sanırım bu fiyat ama Adana yani.. üstümüze örtmek için bir şey yoktu incecik bi çarşaf vardı, saç havlusu yoktu, şampuan yetersizdi, duşa kabin içinde kadın saçları kalmış temizlemememiş, ıslak mendil yetersizdi birer tane ıslak mendil bırakmışlar. Havlu kağıt yoktu tuvalet peçetesi kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Gece 1 de girip sabah 12 de çıktık ama sadece uyuduk yani, çok kötüydü. Tek iyi yanı anahtarı alıp otoparka çekmeleri diyebilirim. Biz düğünden gelmiştik o yüzden o kadar geç girdik bu arada.
