Pro: - sauberes Haus und Lobby - sauberes Zimmer - schönes authentisches Frühstücksbuffet - Frühstück Service hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend Contra: - Zimmer roch leicht nach Rauch, in Möbel oder Gardinen eingezogen - Rezeptionspersonal oft mit dem Handy beschäftigt (div. Spiele oder Telefonate) - Rezeptionspersonal schlafend in der Lobby auf den Sofas vorgefunden - Vorbestellung eines Taxis zum Flughafen kann nicht gemacht werden, man muss 30 min vorher das Taxi anmelden. Auch da am besten nochmal Nachfragen. Umgebung: - direkt gegenüber liegt die über 2000 Jahre alte Taşköprü - Vom Frühstücksraum aus kann man direkt zur Merkez Camii gucken - Blick zum Seyhan Fluss - in der Nähe der Büyük Saat kann man entspannt shoppen - eine Shopping Mall, Optimum, ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht

Otel genel olarak çok sesli gürültülü, Temizlik hiç özenli değil bardakların içi yapış gapış ve tüycüklerle doluydu. Otel konum olarak iyi bir bölgede çalışanlar çok kibar fakat hem eşya hem konfor hem temizlik açısından sınıf atlamalı.

Konum olarak çok iyi bir konumda , Teras manzarası Adanayı komple görmekte, Kahvaltısı çok iyi, sadece hijyen daha iyi olabilir.

Konum olarak dört dörtlük. Bu konuda çok rahat ettik. Otelin otoparkı olması avantaj. King boy yataklı odalarının olması biz çocuklu aileler için çok iyi bir hizmet. Çalılanların ilgi ve alakası çok iyi idi. Kahvaltı ne kötü ne süper, parasının karşılığını veriyor, yeterli geldi bizim için. Eğer odada uzun zaman geçirecekseniz cadde üzerinde olduğu için aşırı gürültü alıyor, rahatsızlık verebilir. Gece el ayak çekilince hiç bir sorun yaşamadık.

Otel beklentimin çok altındaydı

One day, my family and I decided to spend a fun vacation in a city, so I booked a room at a local hotel for one night. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and as soon as we arrived, I checked in at the reception to confirm the reservation. However, to my dismay, there was no reservation found under my name. After that, I was asked to wait for a few minutes for further verification, and finally, the reservation was found, and we were handed room keys. But the surprises didn't end there; when we entered the room, the big shock was finding that the room only had two beds and two pillows, despite booking a room for three people. Additionally, the room was in a terrible condition, with food remnants and dirt everywhere, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. We were faced with more frustration when I received a late-night phone call from the receptionist asking for confirmation of our arrival and the expected hour of arrival, while I was already in the room asleep. After such an experience, I contacted the management to express my dissatisfaction and requested compensation for this disappointing experience, but unfortunately, no compensation was offered. Honestly, this experience was extremely bad, and I feel greatly disappointed by the lack of any compensation or apology from the hotel.

Never stay again , smelling disgusting (, uncomfortable bed !!

Ailem ile konakladık Adana’yı gezmek için gelip bir yerde konaklama ihtiyacınızı tek karşılayacaksınız kesinlikle tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel. Özellikle kahvaltısı çok güzeldi sadece odanın mobilyaları eskimişti.
