Stunning apartment, superclean & well equipped. Beautiful location, seaview & a gorgeous park right outside the door. Top notch staff who really looked out for me as a solo female traveller...excellent service from Darwen, thankyou! Location was excellent. Great hotel with very good facilities.

Super location, friendly staff. Very spacious apartment with everything you would need. Extra points that it’s dog friendly too and there’s a lift available.

Could just do with a bit of maintenance like fixing the lights but that’s only a minor thing.

Appartement bien situé avec vue sur mer, lumineux, confortable Bien équipé dans l’ensemble

Améliorer : rideaux occultants dans les chambres, (stores vénitiens laissent passer trop de lumière) Faciliter l’accès à la piscine et jacuzzi par l’intérieur et non par l’extérieur , pas très agréable lorsqu’il fait mauvais. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas ! Installer des télés plus grandes dans les chambres et séjour. Et changer la chasse d’eau des WC, car elle mets 15 mn à se remplir !! Pas évident quand il y a plusieurs personnes.

The apartment was nice and in a great location.

The hotel itself was tired and needs a revamp. Especially the swimming pool and the hot tub. Sauna wasn't working.

Lovely and clean room with everything we needed for our young family. A cotbed and high chair were provided free of charge too. Juice, milk tea and coffee were also provided complementary which was nice. Wendy on reception was so lovely and could not have been more helpful. We loved using the hot tub and swimming pool and towels were provided for each use. We would definately stay here again next time we visit.

The only negative was the WiFi which wouldn’t connect with the password provided.
