great customer service, lady at reception very nice and welcoming. Rooms were very nice and had a homely feeling to them which made the stay feel much more comfortable, great location as take away shops, supermarket and hospital are only just down the road or right next to motel. 100% recommend.

"Tired and needs make over"

Close to where we needed to be.

So out dated and tired. Needs a total make over. I wouldn't stay there again.

Spacious rooms, small kitchen, new en-suite bathroom available, small playground and trampoline for kids, very helpful and friendly staff

Trash wasn’t emptied from previous guests (dirty nappies), but rest was all fabulous

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to racecourse event centre, restaurants, and cafes. Hot tubs and sauna.

Not very sound proof between rooms.... 😉 😜
