Rooms had all things needed and nice modern bathroom fixtures

The kitchen windowsill had bit of built up dirt and the wall by the toilet has some water marks

Location is great very central, check in experience is very easy and quick, room is clean and tidy. Really enjoy the hot spa pool to soak away my sore muscle after the walking trail and small swimming pool to cool down after wards.

It's a bit pricey, especially for 1 person. I wish you have single room or discount for quite month.

Separate bedroom for mother and two kids, open plan family room with Queen bed for my wife and me. Storage area for luggage and bathroom was superb.

Milk provided seemed old.

A lovely little motel just outside of Tauranga's CBD area. It didn't look like much from the street, but we were pleasantly surprised once we checked in. First impressions were positive following our initial interactions with the on site manager. He was cheerful and helpful, supplied us with milk and pool towels, and came to assist us during our stay with the Sky connection, which he resolved without hesitation. The room was comfortable for the 5 of us and the bathroom was modern. There was also a spa, pool, trampoline and small playground which the kids loved. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

The beds were a little firmer than my typical preference, however, it was fine.
