"Da Nang short stay."

Very helpful staff. Decent sized room (though we did receive an upgrade). Great view of the city - pity it rained non-stop for 3 days!

Hot water in shower was only warm, and took a long time to heat up. WiFi was a bit patchy - dropping out a lot. Many items in room were in need of maintenance. The bed under frame was broken on one side. The location is not great, with no decent restaurants or bars within close walking distance- although there is a good bakery and coffee shop next door. Quite a lot of road noise heard in the room - Vietnamese drivers are horn-happy!

Fantastic hotel. Staff and facilities were top class roof top pool and gym used and were great. Room on 13th floor with fantastic city view. Hotel was in a good location. Really recommend a stay here.

"I would say OK"

Breakfast was reasonable but not great. There were not many fruits or continental.

The staff's communication was really poor. They do not have any information about sightseeing, they can't communicate in English which was quite surprising.
