I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Every member of staff went out of their way to help. Out of 10, i would give it 11+ exectipnal. My pnly complaint, pur stay wasnt long enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Polite, warm and helpful staff"

The location is central and the staff has a good service attitude, if you need anything. Processed for us very quickly. The staff and even the manager were very responsive to our requests and found suitable hotel facilities for us, even upgrading one of the rooms so that we could enjoy the fireworks show and sunrise.

The hotel hardware needs to be improved, such as air-conditioning and improper drainage, and

I like to stay here as it's close to Lotte mart, not far from the airport and there is lots of good food nearby. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable! The WiFi is good and there is a swimming pool on the roof.
