The location is pretty nice in an intimate setup, right in the forest. It's also pet-friendly, which is great. We stayed here with our dog.

The surcharge of 10 euros/day for the dog was not justified, as in 4 days, they never cleaned the room, and not even the towels were changed. Cleanliness was not great either, ashtrays had the same cigarette buds in them on our last day, as when we arrived. No one speaks English, not even basic words. Overall, it is more expensive than other places in the area, but the conditions are below average.

Walls are quite thin between rooms.

The host lady was very friendly, tried to use all her knowledge of Hungarian language and looking up translation on internet if she did not know. The room was extraordinary clean. Breakfast was really good. The cats, which may not really belong there, are cute. Very satisfied with the price/quality ratio.

Let me do some nitpicking: the outdoor area was really hot in the evening (this should not be a problem there most of the year). The beer tap was making lots of foam, i.e. it took a bit of time to get one of the best beer (brand) I know. It is sort of tricky to get there if you use navigation - just look at the signs instead. If walking, it is kind of tough to get there from the main street, though nothing what a typical person can't do. The place is surrounded by supposedly "higher standard" accomodations, which may give a bad feeling to some - think about it this way: you have a better view than they do.

Very friendly staff. Asked to help celebrate the child birthday, staff prepared balloons, cake, champagne, thank them very much, the child was happy. Location of pansion in the forest, so quiet and peaceful. There are a variety of games for children in playroom, they always found something to do. We lived with a child of ten years in a standard room, there was enough space.

The pansion is in need of a major overhaul. The barrel of the toilet was cracked and leaking, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The sink is rusty. The entrance to the room (in the common corridor) was partially blocked by an old bed, they asked removed it, but somehow this did not happen before departure, I had to carry my suitcases over the bed.

Excellent breakfast, mainly roll bread was delicious. There was also bike storage, what was very helpful. Quiet and pleasant location with friendly staff too.
