I liked breakfast - it was simple yet sufficient to start the day. The staff preparing the food was friendly.

There was mould in our room (like a lot of it). The heaters were on and off the whole day and night, so more often than warm, it was freezing (especially at night and in the morning), and we couldn't properly dry our sports gear after snowboarding. The staff don't speak English.

Bed was comfortable.

The road to the hotel is awful. Room was very small almost only for double bed. TV and wifi does not work properly. I had to wait for receptionist around 20 mins because she did another work.

The breakfast was really good

The staff was ok but not very friendly. The premises were not so nice as in the pictures. The pet fee was far too high
