nice environment around the hotel, beautiful buildings, great pools, large bathroom.

smelly pillows and duvet cover, dark room. the second time in Negombo we chose a different hotel

A beautiful garden and pool area. The rooms were (deluxe) were large nicely decorated with lovely views over the garden and very well maintained

It would of been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room

After a long flight, this is the best place to ‘land’ for a day or two. Super chilled garden setting between two lovely colonial style houses. Two pools. Lovely staff. Simple but nourishing food. Airport shuttle service was fab.

The place is immaculate, super clean, but our room was showing wear especially in the bathroom - shower a bit hanging off, toilet flush wouldn’t work and cistern ran all night. To be honest, not the end of the world,the room rate was very fair, so difficult to complain about a few minor issues. The food was sufficient home-style , but I’d happily have paid more for something more ‘special’.

Clean set in beautiful tropical gardens and a stunning colonial house in such good condition.

The grounds are beautiful. The villa itself is beautiful. Such a peaceful place.

It’s really out of the way. The on site restaurant offers maybe 15 options, although you’ll find that only really 4 or so are available. The room/bed/pillows etc are very musty and smelly
