A little pricey for the area

Great hotel close to airport rooms very spacious.

No tea or coffee facilities in room .Everything priced in dollars .

We stayed there for 2 nights and the location is very beautiful with 2 pools, lush green garden, beautiful houses. Free water fountain. Beautiful bathroom with indoor garden. Some staff spoke good English. Pint of cold beer for 4.50usd. Lots of books to read. Beautiful paintings The service was nice - they helped with luggage, brought beer/coffee to the room etc.

The first room we were given had an amazing indoor garden in the bathroom but smelled real strongly of mold. Also none of the wifi networks reached this room. We were given a room on the upper floor instead, but this one had no door insulation so we heard clearly when people were talking, locking their doors etc outside the door. The huge shower glass door slammed so hard every time, we were afraid it's going to fall off. BTW The staff did start renovating the first room asap, so well done! The biggest issue was with food - since the hotel is quite remote, one obviously prefers to eat in. Everything in the menu costs 10usd. First night we ordered 2 chicken dishes - got one chewey almost pink chicken and one dish mistakenly with prawns that tasted just awful and got me scared to eat more. The accompaning curries, rice and veggies were delicious. Generally it was a rich selection totaling 7 dishes and plenty of it! Next day we decided not to risk with meat/seafood and ordered the veggie main dishes. They gave us just 5 bowls of food with much less amounts, for the same 10usd per person price. It was ridiculous. How can you get almost half the amount of food if you decide to order veggie main dish with the same name (veggie curry / chicken curry) and same price? We got 2 more dishes but it was just unnecessary stress. We ordered Uber Eats also once and it was a better option. Why is it so hard to just make good food and since the veggies etc are cheap, not to be stingy about it. Everyone would eat in if it was decent food and no dodgy practices. The pool did not have cooling system nor did it seem to have filtration so the water was as superhot. The outdoor sunbeds have only one cushion left so 3 of them are just hard metal strings. The water fountain is located on the dining area that does not have 24-7 access.

Fantastic place to start your Sri Lanka adventure. They offer free airport pickup, unlimited water supply, hearty breakfast and nice dinner food. Staff is extremely helpful, and pools are well maintained. It's not cheap, but it's worth the price.

It was perfect.

A great choice for staying close to the airport if you prefer quieter surroundings to Negombo. Loved swimming in the pool and being surrounded by trees birds and animals. Friendly helpful staff and filtered water on tap is a smart idea for both guests and the environment!

Nice facility, clean and specious rooms, friendly staff and enjoyable anf calm atmosphere.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. Approximately 20 minutes by Tuk Tuk or car.

Location to airport and beautiful green tropical looking gardens and friendly helpful staff.

Noise of aeroplanes flying over in the night.

Good location after a long journey to Sri Lanka. Helpful that taxi collection was arranged. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Beautiful gardens.
