What a stunning villa. Set within a luscious garden with two beautiful swimming pools the Old Colonial architecture is superb. Staff too is excellent.

My room air-con did not work It’s a bit far from the beach and restaurants

This hotel was so lovely, they couldn't do enough for us, everything was perfect. It's a real find, great location, convenient for the airport, but it feels a million miles away from the city. It's so peaceful. Large rooms, delicious food, beautiful gardens and helpful hosts. I absolutely recommend for a tranquil getaway. Thank you to our hosts!

Beautiful hotel in stunning garden perfect for a night or two at the start of end of your trip to Sri Lanka. Two swimming pools, good restaurant and friendly staff.

Having stayed there many times before, the breakfast wasn't as good as previously.

The property itself is beautiful - the house, rooms, garden and pool.

The food was very bad. No taste to the curry at all and breakfast was very minimum.

The property is stunning. I could have stayed relaxing here for a week. Beautiful gardens and pools. Food was delicious, there was always heaps!!

The airport transfer didn’t work, the incoming flight was delayed so the taxi just left. This was annoying at 5am in the morning. The dinner portions are huge. I could never finish them - perhaps they could offer some smaller options to prevent food waste

Pick up from the airport late at night was much appreciated. Comfortable room. Western breakfast and nice pool

A good option for a stay near the airport. nice colonial house. We paid for the biggest room with balcony. Nice pool and the staff did an effort to make a candlelight private rice and curry dinner for us and some nice flowers on the bed for our wedding anniversary. Transfer included to airport was perfect. Staff came to collect our luggage in the room 10 min before departure which was helpful as we had to leave at 4 am. Good value for money!

We did not have hot water in the room but there was a major thunderstorm when we were there and it might have affected some fuses.
