The room looked exactly as in the photos. Great looking room

We're do I start! Note non of these things were noted in the hotel description. 1) 15 stairs out front / I have bad knees 2) poor communication from staff/ they give you a list of restrictions but no one understands English to explain them! Not even with translation App 3) only 1 electronic key so no power to room when 1 person leaves the room! No aircon on 35 degree days, no cold drinks 4) no fridge just a cooler 5) no hot water 6) for a 4/5 star hotel they never changed the bed sheets once in 4 days 7) for a hotel that has aprox 160+ rooms 320+ guests there private beach front has 4 umbrellas & maybe 15 sun lounges.

The room and view were nice.

The breakfast was not good not many option as and felt like everything was taken so we couldn’t have much. We wanted to go to the pool but were felt unwelcomed by other guests.
