We were arranged to stay in level 29 which was only accessible by one elevator (among 3 ones). This gets us so frustrated waiting for elevators up and down. Try to avoid level 29. The rests are ok anyway

Прекрасный, дружелюбный персонал на reception. Особенно Khanh and Van. Они были готовы долго и терпеливо отвечать на любые вопросы. Хорошие завтраки, внимательный персонал во главе с шефом (имя не помню).

Информация про лежаки на пляже не соответствует действительности: всего штук 10-15 на весь отель

Расположение отеля отличное. Завтраки очень достойные. Номер небольшой, но все нужное есть. Даже каждый день меняли зубные щетки) Вайфай работает хорошо. Звукоизоляция тоже хорошая. У нас было тихо. И шум от дороги гасит стоящий впереди отель. Вокруг полно магазинчиков и кафе.

Пляжные полотенца в ограниченном количестве, можно не успеть взять. Лежаков на пляже практически нет, даже не стоит на них рассчитывать. На этажах ковровое покрытие уже грязное, все в пятнах. Балкончик очень маленький, но он особо и не нужен, только посушить вещи. Вид на море боковой. Прямо перед отелем стена другого отеля, но нам это никак не мешало.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, nettes Personal an der Rezeption, schöne Zimmer, gute Lage

Größtes Problem waren die Strand Handtücher und der Zimmer Service. Strandtücher gab es ab um 8 früh an der Lobby und waren nach 20 min leer, sodass man die meiste Zeit die weißen Handtücher vom Zimmer nehmen sollte. Nach dem Strandtag frische zu bekommen hat auch immer lange gedauert. Unser Zimmer wurde auch nicht jeden Tag sauber gemacht, obwohl wir vor der Tür das Zimmerservice Licht immer an hatten. Frühstück war auch nur mittelmäßig.
