Emerald Bay Hotel & Spa Nha Trang

The front reception staff were excellent esp Ms Khanh who checked us in. She went above and beyond! My husband left his iPad on the bus. She help communicate with the company and our Grab driver to find address and pick it up. She was very efficient. This hotel is in a great location and the room was clean.

The room size was small and bathroom was smaller not much bench space or room to move, but manageable. The shower gel smelt like popcorn.

This hotel is conveniently located near the beach and easy to take a taxi. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

The hotel has 26 floors with approximately 12 rooms on each floor, but only three elevators to choose from. Each elevator is quite small, and it takes a while to get on, and it’s usually crowded. Another issue is the smell of the hallway. When guests go to the beach and return, they get wet, and water drips onto the carpets, creating a terrible smell.

Была удобная кровать и цена довольно бюджетная - на этом все плюсы заканчиваются

В отеле жили только русские, ужасно туристический район, пляж ужасный напротив отеля. На этаже воняло грязными носками. На ресепшене отказывались помогать по самым простым просьбам (отношение как в 2 звездах, никак не 4 звезды). Отель очень уставший, требует реновации, на фото все выглядит в 10 раз лучше. Слышимость дикая, готовьтесь, что ваши соседи ранние пташки будут вас будить.
