Sehr hilfsbereiter und höflicher Personal. Am Empfang und im Frühstücksbereich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An einigen Tagen war die Frühstückssituation für Personal ein wenig überfordernt. Es lag anscheinend am Zahl der Gäste. Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind perfekt! Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder besuchen.

Kein Balkon in unseren Zimmern. Ist aber bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht so tragisch gewesen

Good location, staff were lovely and the rooms were kept clean.

The floor 29. Only 1 lift serviced this floor which made getting the lift at any given time almost impossible it took forever for it to reach the floor as everyone else could still use this lift but we were limited to only 1 to use of the 4 none others went to this floor. The family sharing room was nice but the children's room had a much nicer, larger and grander bathroom which doesn't overly make sense - the master parents bedroom bathroom was cramped and disappointing in comparison.
