When booking full board, note that drinks are not included. Check-in is from 14:30. You are welcome to arrive earlier, and make use of our swimming pool or other facilities. We try to accommodate early arrivals, subject to room availability. Unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed, if the room was occupied on the previous night. Check-out is prior to 11:00 on the day of departure. Again, we try to accommodate late check-outs, subject to room availability. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed, if the room is booked for the evening. If we are unable to accommodate a late check-out, we will happily store your luggage while you enjoy our facilities. Lunch Full Board & Activity- price includes lunch (served from 1pm to 2.30pm) either on the day of arrival or on departure. Everything! We had a beautiful room (#11) with a private plunge pool, privacy, and that view out over the mountains. Truly pinch yourself moment waking up to the sun rising over the mountains. Peace and tranquillity. Excellent, discrete, professional service. Good food and wine. Lovely big swimming pool. As others have said, coming back to the room on our last night to find a candlelit bath had been run for us is just one indictor of the attention to personal service. Guided walk was a memorable experience with a knowledgeable guide.

We'd booked full board and activities, not knowing how it would work and not wanting to miss anything. In retrospect, it may have been better to sign up to activities as desired as many are weather dependent, and of course dependent upon how one feels on the day. Area outside at the end of our room (#11) needs tidying up a little.

Vriendelijk personeel.

Geen handsproeier in de douche of verluchting in het toilet. Maar dit zijn maar kleine opmerkingen. Over het algemeen fantastisch!
