Property Notes

When booking full board, note that drinks are not included. Check-in is from 14:30. You are welcome to arrive earlier, and make use of our swimming pool or other facilities. We try to accommodate early arrivals, subject to room availability. Unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed, if the room was occupied on the previous night. Check-out is prior to 11:00 on the day of departure. Again, we try to accommodate late check-outs, subject to room availability. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed, if the room is booked for the evening. If we are unable to accommodate a late check-out, we will happily store your luggage while you enjoy our facilities. Lunch Full Board & Activity- price includes lunch (served from 1pm to 2.30pm) either on the day of arrival or on departure. If you wish to have lunch on both arrival and departure days, there will be an extra charge for the second lunch. No pets allowedPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Fabulous mountain/ desert stay..We’ll be back!"

Such a lovely property, sublime location, plenty of activities to join in, really great food and the best swimming pool of our trip. We especially loved sitting on the terrace for evening meal watching the sun changing the surrounding hills to an orange glow. It was very hot when we visited ( 40 degrees… dry heat) so we didn’t attempt any of the activities that involved a lot of walking!

Nothing! Well maybe having to sign a very wordy disclaimer to the company on arrival.

Sttaff were polite, friendly, helpful and professional - they were the highlight of our stay Nice and large bedroom and bathroom

The surrounding nature is nice but there's not a lot to see.

"Wunderschöne Lodge, außergewöhnlicher Service, Entspannung Pur - ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder."

Einfach alles - die Räume sind einfach unglaublich schön und sehr luxuriös. Alles fühlt sich gleichzeitig sehr edel aber auch sehr naturverbunden an. Der Service war super. Man merkt einfach wie gerne alle Mitarbeiter ihren Job machen und wie jeder den Gästen die schönste Zeit bereiten will. Es gibt 2 Pools mit einer sehr angenehmen Größe. Die Aktivitäten, die man mitmachen kann sind ein guter Mix aus Bewegung und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Rooibos Tee Plantage, Rock-Art, Wanderung, Yoga) auch abweichend davon kann man individuelle Wünsche äußern und eigene Trips machen.

"Een waanzinnige beleving."

Wat een waanzinnige beleving. Oog voor detail.handgedchreven kaartjes, elke dag andere koekjes en bonbons op de kamer, geweldige gids, top dames in de spa. Het eten is excellent. Als verrassing hadden ze, terwijl we aan het dineren waren, het bad laten vollopen en overal theelichtjes geplaatst in de badkamer. Evht een Aanrader.
