There were quite a few stairs to carry our luggage up but we already knew that from reading other reviews. It wasn’t as bad as we expected and the elevated position was worth it

Vue dominante magnifique sur le centre de Vernazza. Chambre très bien décorée avec un grand lit très confortable, salle de bain moderne et parfaitement conçue. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux!

The property is absolutely beautiful !! View from our balcony ( though VERY tiny) breathtaking. However, people with mobility issues should be made aware that the steep stair climb to the room is definitely a challenge. Lorena was a gem !! So very helpful and so very accommodating :)

Our room was DEFINITELY on the small side, but doable. Alll we did was sleep there as we had booked multiple excursions. Wish there had been access to ice !!!!!

The view is amazing. The rooms have been remodeled, they are small but fresh.

The staff is horrible, rude and poor communication. They kept turning off our AC, not sure if they came in the room to do that. I asked for towels and and was told I had to wait till the next day. The kicker is they somehow charged me twice for one room. When I brought it to their attention it was ignored. Booking.com come reached out and it was again ignored. This would be a great place to stay, but I'd wait until there is a new owner.

The hotel was fantastic - great location in the heart of the city, fantastic views and close to the train station. The room was small as is expected, but very nicely appointed and very comfortable bed. The staff was fantastic. So friendly in the morning, offering coffee and to sit for a bit and give advice on what you had planned for the day. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend.

The only issue with the hotel are the steps and walk to get there from the train station. We’re both early 30s and in pretty good shape and it was a bit of a struggle with our luggage. Just keep this in mind when booking if you have mobility or health issues. Granted I’m not sure Cinque Terre is the best location for you to visit if you have mobility issues anyways.
