Really nice stay and Mark was very friendly and helpful. He suggested places to go and breakfast provided was very tasty and to exact requirements. I would highly recommend as it is near the castle and other places to visit such as the beach and museum. We had a great stay and will definitely visit again.

We were totally charmed with our stay at Hillcrest House Bed & Breakfast in Bamburgh! We climbed the beautiful staircase to our room (Room 1, Deluxe Double Room, Sea View) - we could see the North Sea from our window and right out the window was a sheep and bunny field! We love this! The breakfast options were amazing and Malcom cooked it to perfection!

Although the property is a bit outdated that’s what makes it so charming. Mark is the perfect host and can’t do enough for you . A very enjoyable 3 night stay .

Ideal location for Bamburgh, Seahouses & Holy Island. Spacious rooms with everything you need for a short break. excellent breakfast.

Lovely hosts, and the B&B is in a very convenient location. Needs a bit of TLC here and there.

Mark, the owner was friendly and welcoming He also turns out a fantastic breakfast with loads of choice as well. Although property needs a bit of sprucing up it was warm, comfortable and relaxing.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Malcolm and Mark were excellent hosts. Ideally situated for local attractions.
