I love the keyless entry. It was very ease to check-in and check-out. I appreciate that a code was given to access the unit rather than a key. Questions were easily addressed and requests were acted upon fast.

It would have been nice if there were at least two small stackable chairs in the apartment. Although there was a sofa bed, it would be more convenient for older persons like my wife and I to use a chair especially when our children are already sitting on the Sofa bed.

위치는 하카타역에서 걸어 15분 안밖이고 근처에 마트도 있고 전체적으로 괜찮았지만 주방이 청결하지 않아 주방 사용은 아예 하지 않았습니다. 그래도 가격 대비 훌륭합니다.

思ってたより部屋が大きくて過ごしやすかったです。

상당히 가성비가 좋은 호텔이라고 생각합니다 둘이서 가기 참 좋았어요!

Clean room.

Check-in process was very tedious and slow, especially when multiple guests show up during check-in timing.

10 minutes walk from Hakata station. Comfortable room! has laundry, separated bathroom, loft bed space room. High ceiling floor relaxed me,too.

bed cover was not washed and has smell of sweat! But preparing new bed cover in loft space. change the cover and turned into best luxury room.

good price, helpful staff

check in time was a little late(4pm)
