エアコン、換気扇が汚い。 エアコンしかないのなら加湿器か空気清浄機欲しいなって思いました

水回りがとても臭かったです。 ベットなどはとてもよかったのでそれだけとても残念です。

There was a kitchen, as well as a big bathroom with a washing machine. The location was nice.

It wasn’t super clean, but the main issue that we had is that the futons were very thin, therefore we weren’t very comfortable. Also, the walls seem to be quite thin, and the neighbours were very loud throughout the night.

젓가락이나 접시는 없어서 직접 준비해야하지만 조리가 가능한 곳이라 너무 좋았어요 그리고 반신욕 진짜 최고였어요... 히터는 잘 작동하지 않아서 겨울에는... 그래도 다른 계절에 다시 방문할 의사가 있습니다!

There are no table and chairs which are very inconvenient. Hope to have some chairs in the apartment

We really like the location of the place. It is just about 10 minutes away from Hakata station which makes it very convenient. There is a 711 store just across the street. Airport I think is just 15-20 minutes taxi ride away that is why we had a relaxing time going from and to the airport.

Nothing! Japanese people are very accommodating and we felt that with Trip Pod. They were very responsive before our trip and during our trip. Our room was prepared well and felt the Japanese hospitality all throughout our stay.
