"The budget room does not worth that money!"

- I didn’t hear the air alert.

Where to start) - they must say in the name of the room that budget room without windows!!!! The price for room the same as for 1 bedroom apartments for rent! And no windows? - fridge didn’t work - no fresh air, very hot inside - for 4 days no-one clean my room!!!! - area is far from good one.

The room was nice, tidy and spacious

Firstly, the entrance to the house. You have to call administrator for letting your car into the territory of complex and then wait for another 5-10 min before security actually do that. The check-in was 1.5 hours late (!) and provided not by administrator (I guess it was a cleaner) because someone else checked out much later than expected. I had to wait to go to our room and I didn't get any excuses or extra service for this inconvenience
