Comfort House

It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance.

It was good 15 minutes car from the city centre. Nice modern building. Lovely English coffee van outside. Just make sure you call before you arrive to make arrangements for keys collection. There isn’t 24/7 receptionist.

In all my travels around the world and to every State of the U.S., my 12th visit to Ukraine in the past 3 years ,this was the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Unprofessionally run. LOUD construction of room next to mine with walls actually vibrating all 4 days. I was locked out of access to building 3 times late at night in the very cold. I ran out of toilet paper! This hotel is months away from serving guests properly. Seriously , it is still under massive renovations. They advertised Washer/Dryer in room= None. Stove/Cooktop = None. Coffemaker ( I asked specifically about this) = None.Quiet = None. Address is impossible to find with access being in back of a building undergoing complete reconstruction. I will be demanding my money returned for all 4 nights.

You get what you pay for. Very cheap quality. Walls are paper thin. It’s brand new and already everything brakes. Had to move rooms three times in 5 days.
